How long will it take for my order to arrive?Once the order is placed, it takes 10-12 business days to receive the order. (This doesn't apply to custom orders) Once dispatched, you will get an automated SMS /Email update from our shipping partner with the tracking details.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?Once the order is placed, modifications or cancelations may not be possible. However, you can contact us customer service support within 24hrs for assistance.

What is your return/exchange policy?We offer a hassle-free 5-days exchange policy (prices may vary if it is a product exchange) for unworn items with original tags intact. If the size you want is available, we'll process an exchange once we receive the return. Please note: customised pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
